Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our services are designed to help ensure you never miss a step along your pregnancy journey. From one on one meetings, to unlimited messages, to preparing for your prenatal visits and birth, we are here for you.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a consultation via our contact form. You can schedule online, right now at a time that works for you.

  • Lentia & Co Midwives are deeply experienced—they all spent years working as a doula before they became midwives. That combination is best in class care—but we recognize that one role you may need is our Alongside Care Model™. This model delivers deep insight and ability to you and acts alongside your established care.

We do not replace your provider. We do not order labs but we will help you gain deep understanding of what your results mean for your pregnancy health. We do not order ultrasounds or tests but we will make sure you are asking for what you need, when you need it, and that the results make sense to you. We don’t provide prenatal care, but we set you up for great success at each of your visits. We don’t tell you how to birth, but we work deeply with you on why different kinds of birthing options matter and then explore which one is right for you, with you.

Pregnancy is deeply personal and transformative.
Your support should feel that way too.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day. After you are enrolled, you’ll be given access to the Lentia & co platform, where you can message, journal, learn, move through our program, and access your regular video consultations.

  • Our pricing model is simple. We offer two tiers of care and additional hours for current clients. We also offer hours for those who just need to address one topic at a time. For our Alongside Care Models™, we offer optional payment plans. Just let us know and we will review options.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving. Your midwife team is small—you will have a primary midwife you interact with the vast majority of the pregnancy. Many of our clients only ever meet their primary midwife.
